For UK deliveries, duty, VAT and shipping are required to be paid. This will be provided to you directly by our team before any bottling takes place.

For international deliveries, import duties and local taxes are determined by the destination country and remain the responsibility of the recipient. This will be provided to you directly by our team before any bottling takes place. Our concierge team coordinates international shipments to ensure compliance.

Barrel purchases may be cancelled within 48 hours of order confirmation for a full refund.

After this period, ownership registration begins and cancellations are no longer available.

No. Once bottled, whisky is considered bespoke and is non-returnable.

Should you wish to exit ownership, we can assist in facilitating a resale through our network. Prices cannot be guaranteed and will depend on market conditions at the time.
