Every bottle is individually bottled, labelled and quality checked in Scotland before being carefully packed for international shipment.
Our personalised Scotch whisky is dispatched directly from Scotland using specialist courier partners experienced in transporting premium spirits to countries across the globe. We ship internationally to countries where the importation of Scotch whisky is legally permitted and where our courier network is able to provide secure delivery.

Cases of Six Bottles
To ensure every bottle arrives safely, all orders are packed in professional export-grade cases containing six (6) bottles.
Each case has been specifically designed to protect glass bottles during international transit.
Where multiple cases are ordered, each case may be shipped together or separately depending on the destination and courier requirements.
Bottling & Production
Every personalised bottle is produced specifically for your order.
Before dispatch, each bottle undergoes:
- Professional filling in Scotland
- Quality inspection
- Personalised labelling (where applicable)
- Secure packaging
- Final export inspection
As every order is made to order, production and bottling times may vary depending on order volume and the level of personalisation requested.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs inspections, public holidays, weather conditions or courier operations.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your shipment leaves our bottling facility you will receive:
- Shipment confirmation
- Courier tracking details
- Estimated delivery information (where available)
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after dispatch.
Signature Required
Due to the nature of the product, all deliveries require:
- An adult of legal drinking age to accept delivery.
- A signature upon receipt.
- Proof of age where required by local legislation.
If nobody is available to receive the shipment, the courier may attempt redelivery or hold the shipment at a local depot in accordance with their delivery procedures.
Additional delivery or storage charges resulting from failed delivery attempts may be the responsibility of the customer.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is complete and accurate.
Please carefully verify:
- Recipient name
- Delivery address
- Postal or ZIP code
- Contact telephone number
- Email address
We cannot accept responsibility for delays, additional shipping charges or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information supplied at the time of ordering.
Should an order need to be redirected after dispatch, additional courier charges may apply.
Ownership & Risk
Ownership of the goods transfers to the customer once full payment has been received.
Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer when the shipment is handed to the appointed courier for transportation.
Should a shipment arrive visibly damaged, customers should notify both the courier (where possible) and our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery, retaining all packaging and photographic evidence to assist with any investigation.
Import Duties & Taxes
United Kingdom
Orders delivered within the United Kingdom include applicable UK taxes where required.
No additional import duties are payable by UK customers.
International Orders
All international shipments are dispatched under Delivered at Place (DAP) shipping terms.
This means your purchase price includes:
- Bottling
- Packaging
- Export documentation
- International shipping
It does not include:
- Import duties
- Customs duties
- VAT or GST
- Alcohol excise taxes
- Customs brokerage fees
- Customs clearance charges
These charges are determined by the destination country's customs authority and are payable by the recipient before delivery where applicable.
Failure to pay these charges may result in:
- Delivery delays
- Storage fees
- Return shipping costs
- Customs disposal of the goods
- Additional administrative charges
Refunds cannot be guaranteed where goods cannot legally be returned following refusal by customs.

Import regulations, VAT rates and alcohol duties change regularly and vary according to shipment value, alcohol strength and local legislation.

Customers are encouraged to consult their local customs authority before ordering if they are unsure of any charges that may apply.
Customs Documentation
Every international shipment is accompanied by the documentation required for export from the United Kingdom.
This may include:
- Commercial invoices
- Customs declarations
- Product descriptions
- Country of origin documentation
- Commodity classification codes
Customs authorities may request additional information before releasing a shipment.
Any customs clearance delays remain outside our control.
Customs Inspections
International shipments may be inspected by customs authorities before delivery.
This process may result in additional processing time.
Unfortunately, we cannot influence or expedite customs inspections once a shipment has entered the destination country.
Gift Orders
Many of our bottles are purchased as gifts for weddings, corporate events, anniversaries and private celebrations.
Please note that gift shipments remain subject to the import laws of the destination country.
Even where an order is marked as a gift, the recipient may still be responsible for paying:
- Import duties
- VAT or GST
- Alcohol excise duties
- State or local taxes
- Customs clearance charges
These charges are determined entirely by the destination country's customs authority.
Countries We Cannot Ship To
We ship worldwide to any country that allows.
Due to local legislation, licensing restrictions or alcohol import regulations, we are unable to ship to certain destinations such as:
- Afghanistan
- Brunei
- Bangladesh
- Iran
- Kuwait
- Libya
- Mauritania
- Pakistan
- Qatar
- Saudi Arabia
- Somalia
- The Maldives
- Yemen
If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will notify the customer and arrange an appropriate refund where applicable.
Damaged, Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please:
- Photograph the external packaging before opening.
- Photograph any damaged bottles.
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Retain all packaging until the investigation has been completed.
If a shipment is confirmed as lost in transit by the courier, we will work with you to arrange an appropriate resolution in accordance with the courier's investigation process.
Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to fulfil our delivery obligations where such delay arises from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
These circumstances may include, but are not limited to:
- Customs delays or inspections
- Government action
- Import or export restrictions
- Changes in legislation
- Natural disasters
- Severe weather
- Industrial action or strikes
- Transport disruption
- War, civil unrest or terrorism
- Global pandemics or public health emergencies
- Courier network disruption
Where reasonably possible, we will keep customers informed of any significant delays affecting their shipment.
